Why We Use It?
ESM is the layer in chicken eggs between the calcified shell and the albumin, primarily composed of type I collagen and glycosaminoglycans (a natural source of chondroitin sulfate and hyaluronic acid). ESM supplementation has been scientifically-proven to reduce inflammatory compounds, and therefore pain from inflammation.
